Masala Moong
This one is my husband's favourite.
Steps

Add oil in the pan. Once oil is hot, add Asafoetida, and garlic. Saute for some time. Add garlic chutney and continue to saute. Add turmeric and salt.

Add Soaked moong. Add water. Close the lid and continue to cook on low flame. Once water is evaporated, mix it well. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves. Serve
