Ingredients

5-6 ppl
  1. 1 bunchrai(sarson)
  2. 1/2 bunchpalak
  3. 1 bunchmooli leaves
  4. 1 bowlcurd
  5. 1 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 pieceginger
  7. 2-3green chilies
  8. 1 tablespoonghee
  9. 2 tablespoonmakkai aata
  10. 1/2 teaspoonjeera
  11. 2-3dried red chili

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop rai and wash it thoroughly

    Take cooker put sarson Palak mooli leaves ginger green chillies salt little water and give 5-6 whistle

    Let it cool

    Mix or grind in mixer

    Take Kadai add ghee jeera dry red chilli pour the mix of rai

    Add salt red chili powder and mix well

  7. 7

    Add curd and makai aata aalan to make it thick and let it cook for half an hour

  8. 8

    Garnish with white butter or ghee
