Prepare the ingredients. Cut the pork into thin strips. Peel and julienne the ginger.

Sprinkle the sea salt over the pork strips and mix well. Add the ginger and mix again until evenly combined.

Add 1 cup water (240 ml) to the outer pot of an electric rice cooker. Place the pork and ginger mixture on a steaming rack inside the cooker.

Once steamed, use chopsticks to gently separate the pork strips.

Enjoy this tender, flavorful dish with rice.
