Steps

Firstly, wash and finely chop 1 bunch mustard leaves (sarson ke patte) and 1 bunch spinach (palak). 1 bunch bathua leaves.

Take the chopped leaves in kadai along with 2 clove garlic.Add water in it, boil untilit becomes soft.

Strain it with the help of strainer

Now take a garlic cloves, green chilli,onion and tomato, blend and make paste in a mixer grinder.

Now take a kadai, add ghee in it add asafoetida, onion tomato paste

Cook until the mixture thickens.

Now blend saag paste along with makke ka atta.coarsely ground.

Add in cooked and mashed leaves and mix well.
continue to cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the saag is cooked completely.

Finally, enjoy sarso ka saag with makki ki roti or with chapati.
Garnish with butter cube.
