Ingredients

4-6 servings
  • 2pkgs chicken or chicken breasts
  • 6 T.oil
  • 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cupchicken broth
  • flour, salt, & pepper
  • 4carrots, sliced julienne
  • 1 1/2 cupdry white wine or vermouth
  • 2 cupssliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cuporange juice
  • 1/2 t.salt
  • 1 t.brown sugar
  • Butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Shake chicken in seasoned flour & brown in oil.

  2. 2

    Saute mushrooms in butter.

  3. 3

    Combine remaining ingredients in large casserole.
    Add chicken & mushrooms.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

  5. 5

    Serve over rice with fresh green salad.
