My honey,mustard and maple syrup glazed ham
This glazed ham joint is perfect for Christmas but could be done anytime of the year.

Fill a large saucepan (with a lid) up with cola to about half way. Then add the veg and spices in the spiced cola section and let it simmer.

Place the ham in the saucepan and allow to boil. When boiled turn down the heat and put the lid on. Leave for about 40 - 45 mins then turn it over and leave for another 40-45 minutes

Remove the ham and place it on a plate to rest while you preheat the oven to 180 gas

Cut off any string and place the ham in a high sided baking tray. Put in the ingredients for the section baking tray and add about 1 inch water

Using a knife make a diamond pattern in the top and add the glaze section ingredients into a bowl then mix it till it's thick when thick add it too your ham then put it in the oven for 60 - 70 minutes. When in the oven make another glaze section and add parts of it to the ham when cooking

Finally, take the ham out leave it to rest then enjoy
