Add the sugar and vanilla to the butter and beat together.

Add the eggs and salt, then beat.

Add the milk and cream cheese, and mix well.

Sift the flour with the baking powder, then add it.

Add the berries and mix well.

Pour the mixture into cupcake molds, filling about 3/4 full, then bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
