  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 cupbesan
  • 2 tbsrice flour
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tbsred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsphaldi
  • 1 tspdhania powder
  • 2 tbscurd
  • 1 cupmethi leaves chopped
  • Water
  • Ghee

  1. 1

    Wash and chop methi leaves. In a bowl take wheat flour, besan, rice flour salt, methi leaves, haldi and curds and knead well into a dough.

    Take small balls and roll it inti roti, cook on tawa apply ghee in both sides, serve with chutney.
