  • 150brinjal boiled chopped
  • 100 gmethi chopped
  • 150 gspring onion bulbs chopped with greens
  • 50 gbeans boiled (any)
  • 6-7 clovesgarlic
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspasofedita
  • 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcorinader powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala or undhiyu masala
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 th cup water

  1. 1

    Heat oil, add carom seeds asofedita, chopped garlic amd oniion without greens, saute for 5 mts. Now add all spices amd mix well

    Add beans, methi leaves and spring onion greens. Add water and cook for about 10mts

    Serve hot with bajra rotla or khichdi.
