Wash the chicken breasts thoroughly, slice them into strips, and marinate for at least 2 hours (longer is better).

Grill the marinated chicken on a grill pan or a lightly oiled skillet until it releases its juices and cooks through.

Meanwhile, have some Syrian flatbread (store-bought pita or flatbread) ready. Spread garlic sauce (see my other recipes for the method), add pickled cucumbers, and optionally some French fries. Roll it up and toast on the grill until crispy.
