Cooking Instructions

Heat a wide mouthed kadai on a low heat until it's hot. Do it on a low heat only. The kadai should be extremely hot.

Add a tablespoon of amaranth seeds at a time. Do not add more than that. Do it in batches of 8 or 10 or more as required.

The seeds start popping in no time if the kadai is hot. Keep stirring and that's it. It's done in a few seconds. Follow the same for all the batches. It requires a little patience. Do not hurry about it.

Once done with all the seeds, let cool and then fill up the airtight container. And use it as required over a period of time or all at once. It's one's own choice. You would love it's melt in mouth texture after popping. Enjoy!
