Keep ready oil greased silicon mat or any flat surface and rolling pin. On a low flame of gas, roast white sesame and black sesame separately. Transfer in a plate.

In the same pan, add jaggery with water. Stir well. Jaggery melts, and bubbles come up. Put some drops of jaggery syrup in water. If it sounds strong and not sticky, jaggery syrup is ready.

At this point, add baking soda, stir quickly, color of jaggery syrup will change, and it turns frothy.

Add ghee, and til. Combine well. It turned out like a soft dough. Spread on aoil greased mat. Sprinkle black sesame seeds and spread rose petals. Roll in a big circle with a rolling pin.

Make a desire cut when chikki is hot. Keep aside to set perfectly. When cools completely, break in cut shapes. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy with kite flying.
