First take a pan and dry roast white sesame for 2 minutes.

Stir continuously in a low flame until jaggery gets thick and color will change. Leave 3-4 drop in water and brok it.If it crumbles, the syrup is ready

At this point, add baking soda, stir quickly, color of jaggery syrup will change, and it turns frothy. Add ghee, and til. Combine well.

It turned out like a soft dough. Spread on a ghee greased mat. Roll in a big circle with a rolling pin.Make a desire cut when chikki is hot. Keep aside to set perfectly.

When cools completely, break in cut shapes. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy with kite flying.
