  • 3stora Kycklingfiléer
  • 4 cupsVatten
  • 1msk Salt
  • 3skivor Ingefära
  • 2stjälkar Salladslök, skuren i 4 cm bitar
  • Dressing
  • 1 1/2msk Sesamfrön
  • 3klyftor Vitlök, hackad
  • 2Red finger chili, skivad
  • 2msk Red chili flakes
  • 3msk Olja
  • 1msk Chinkiang vinäger
  • 3msk Japansk soja
  • Sallad
  • 1medelstor Morot, strimlad
  • 1/2Gurka, strimlad
  • 1/3 cupKoriander
  • 3msk Rostade jordnötter
  • Tillbehör (alt.)
  • Ris
  • Paprika
  • Zucchini
  • Broccoli

    Börja förbereda kycklingen. Dela varje kycklingbröst på mitten, längs längden. Dela sedan på mitten, längs kortsidan. I en skål, lös upp saltet i vattnet. Lägg kycklingen i vattnet och låt dra sig i 30 minuter. Tag sedan ur kycklingen och låt rinna av.

    Tillaga nu kycklingen. I en kastrull eller gryta, koka upp vatten. Sänk sedan till låg värme, tillsätt kyckling, ingefära och salladslök. Pochera i ca 15 minuter. Om kycklingen har en innetemperatur på 74 grader är den klar. Tag ur och låt svalna. Dra sedan isär kycklingköttet i lagom stora bitar och lägg i din salladsskål.

    Gör dressingen. I en värmetålig skål, tillsätt sesamfrön, vitlök, red finger chili och chili flakes. I en liten panna, värm upp oljan tills rykande och häll sedan i skålen. Tillsätt och vispa sedan i soja och vinäger.

    Blanda till sist allt tillsammans i salladsskålen och servera. Ät med valfritt tillbehör. Jag gillar att äta med en gul paprika, delad i bitar.
