First of all, heat ghee in a pan, add paneer pieces and roast for a while.

Now heat the added ghee in a pan, add white gravy, water and salt to it, mix, cover the lid and cook for a while.

Now again add some water to this and mix it and cook it for a while, then add Amul fresh cream to it and mix it and cook it while stirring continuously. After that add green chillies and grated ginger and mix well.

Now add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and roasted paneer pieces to this and cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Once the paneer gets mixed with some gravy, switch off the gas flame.

Now we will make the rogan. For this, heat ghee in a pan, add Kashmiri red chilli powder to it, immediately turn off the gas and leave it to cool. (You can also store this rogan oil)

Now our Shahi Malai Paneer Korma In White Gravy is ready to serve.. sprinkle black pepper powder on this gravy and garnish with roasted paneer pieces and chopped green coriander leaves and spread rogan on top.
