  1. Cream
  2. 800 gcarrots
  3. 2potatoes (500g)
  4. 1red pepper
  5. 1large onion
  6. 3Garlic cloves
  7. 3tomatoes
  8. 2tablets Vegetable stock
  9. 270 mldouble cream
  10. 1 litrewater
  11. Seasoning
  12. Smoked paprika
  13. Balsamic vinegar
  14. Olive oil
  15. Black pepper
  16. Salt
  17. Basil
  18. Parsley

  1. 1

    Chop the vegetables.
    Put 600g of carrots and the potatoes to boil in the vegetable stock until soft (about 20min)

  2. 2

    Put the remaining carrots, onion, tomatoes and pepper in a tray. Season with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
    Put in the oven for 30min then turn on the grill for 10 more minutes

  3. 3

    When all is done, put the boiled and roasted ingredients in a large bowl and blend it well. Put the double cream and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Season with smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, basil, parsley to taste

  5. 5

    Optionally add some mozzarella or Gruyere cheese on top.
