Tricolour crispy pockets are spicy and tasty.These pockets are attractive and delicious.This Republic Day the colours of our National flag can be seen on these pockets.I have made these colours by using vegetables to make them healthy and nutritious.

Tricolour crispy pockets are spicy and tasty.These pockets are attractive and delicious.This Republic Day the colours of our National flag can be seen on these pockets.I have made these colours by using vegetables to make them healthy and nutritious.
Steps

Boil water,add spinach.Cook it for 4 min then transfer it in a cold water bowl.Let it cool.Grind this with ice cubes to retain colour.

Grind carrot and 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder to make a smooth paste.Keep it aside.

Take 1.cup all-purpose flour,add salt and 2 tbsp oil.Mix it well.Add water to make puri like dough.Cover and keep it aside.

Take 1 cup all-purpose flour,salt and 2 tbsp oil and mix Add spinach puree to make a stiff dough.Cover and keep it aside.

Take 1 cup all-purpose flour,salt and 2 tbsp oil and mix Add carrot puree to make stiff dough.Kerp it aside

Mix all the ingredients of the filling,1/2 tsp Salt, oregano, chilli flakes.

Now divide the white dough into 3 parts.Take one portion,make a ball and roll it like a chapati.Cut and make a square of it.Then cut it lengthwise in 3 parts.

Likewise make with green and orange dough.

To make pockets- first take white piece,wet it with water on both the edges.On one side place the orange piece and press.Now put 2 tsp paneer mixture and fold from both the sides to make a pocket.Ptess it with the help of a fork on both sides.Prepare all pockets and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a karahi,fry 3-4 pockets at a time on low to medium heat.Fry on both the sides.

Your tricolour crispy pockets are ready to serve.Enjoy them with mint chutney, tomato ketchup and mayo dip.Celebrate this Republic Day with these tricolour pockets.
