Hard boil, chill, and then peel eggs. Separate yolks from whites. In food processor, combine yolks, seasonings, mustard, and mayo and process until smooth. Dice whites and fold in, adjust seasoning if necessary.

Toast bread, I used mini naans. Top generously with egg salad, sprinkle harissa powder and then dill over top, layer on speck, and serve
