In a blender add garlic, cilantro, green chillies and 2 tablespoon lemon juice and grind to paste.

Pat dry the fish and season with salt, lemon juice.

Add prepared green chilli paste and coat the fish.

In a flat dish combine the remaining ingredients, except the oil.

Coat the fish in the dry ingredients.

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the fish, in batches,.
- 7
Drain to kitchen paper.
- 8
Serve with desired side.
