Peel the parsnips and potatoes and cut into pieces. Cover with hot water, add salt and season to taste. Bring to a boil. Cook for 15-20 minutes, until soft.

Five minutes before it's ready, add broccoli to the pan. Then take it out and rinse with cold water to preserve the color.

Mash the prepared parsnips into a puree with the addition of cream and butter. Grind thoroughly to obtain a creamy, homogeneous mass.

Serve hot with broccoli and lamb slow cook.
