Serves 8 servings
  • 1homemade milk and two-flour pie crust (recipe link)
    Pâte brisée aux deux farines et lait entier
  • 2very ripe mangos
  • 2very ripe bananas
  • 8 3/4 ozmascarpone (250 g)
  • 4 tablespoonsgranulated sugar
  • 2eggs

    Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and add the mascarpone.

    Add the sugar and beat with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and frothy.

    Peel the bananas.

    Mash the bananas with a fork and add the puree to the mixing bowl.

    Whisk again and set aside. Grease a springform pan (tip link) and preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Roll out the dough on a floured surface.

    Place the dough in the pan and prick the bottom with a fork.

    Peel the mangos.

    Pour the contents of the mixing bowl onto the pie crust and slice the mangos.

    Add the mangos on top of the cream (they should sink in) and even out the edges of the dough (tip link).

    Fold the edges inward and create a pattern (tip link).

    Bake for 35 minutes and let cool (tip link).

    Remove from the pan.

Tips

Comment graisser un moule uniformément et de façon économique

Faire fondre le beurre puis le mettre dans un flacon spray pulvériser ensuite vos moules

Comment égaliser une pâte sur un moule

Passer le rouleau à pâtisserie sur les bords du moule après l avoir garni de pâte

Comment décorer les bords d une tarte ?

Pour avoir de jolies bordures sur une tarte j utilise les dents d une fourchette, la pointe d un tire bouchon, une roulette à pâtisserie etc..les possibilités sont infinies

Comment bien faire refroidir des gâteaux

Pour faire refroidir des gâteaux je les les sors toujours du four avec la grille
