While playing around with the leftover cheese from a platter we had the other day, this beauty popped up in my mind and I had to try it. Well it was so good I now have to share it as well!

While playing around with the leftover cheese from a platter we had the other day, this beauty popped up in my mind and I had to try it. Well it was so good I now have to share it as well!

In a pot on very low heat, warm up the milk and add the mustard, syrup and spices. Mix well.

Crumble up the stilton and add to the mix. Mix well and make sure the cheese fully dissolves. I did so by gently squashing it with a soft silicone spatula.

You're done! Let it cool down to thicken and add more chilli and pepper if you'd like.
