Ingredients

  • 200 gpistachio butter
  • 85 gkataifi dried
  • 35 gbutter (2.5 tbsp)
  • 12 g (3 tsp)tahini paste
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter in med heat in skillet

  2. 2

    Add kataifi and brown until very crispy. Remove from heat.

  3. 3

    Mix pistachio butter, tahini, and salt in large bowl and add in the crispy kataifi

    Make those sick chocolates or create something like my beautiful crepes!
