Combine the SALAD ingredients and mix / throw.

Combine the SCOTT-ZIKI ingredients and mix / throw.

Slap some butter on your LEPINJA (or other flatbread) and toast lightly in your oven.

Fry your ĆEVAPI in a *~* healthy *~* amount of butter and olive oil until fully cooked through.
Beware undercooking and maybe consider thinly slicing the ĆEVAPI once out of the pan (like a gyro) to make the wrap assembly easier.
