Steps

Heat oil in a pan.
Add capsicum fry them on high flame for 2 minutes. - 2
Add onions.
Add little salt to it.
Saute well until they turn light brown.
Remove from the heat. - 3
In the same pan. Add oil, splutter cumin seeds and Tejpatta.

Add finely chopped onions and saute well until they turn light brown.

Add grated ginger and saute till raw smell vanishes.

Add tomato puree and cook for some time.

Add regular spices haldi, redchilly & coriander powder. Mix well & cook for 2 min.
Now add kashmiri chilli powder. - 8
Add fresh cream and mix well.
The gravy will become thick and oil will start to float on top. - 9
Now add fried capsicum and onion. Cook for 2 minutes.
Now add salt to it.
Combine well with spices. - 10
Add hot water to adjust the consistency. stir well.

Add fresh coriander leaves.
Rich & creamy onion capsicum masala is ready to be served.

You can with plain chapati/naan/kulcha.
