Firstly Peel the Hara chana. Boil Hara Chana for 5 minutes. Drain the water and keep aside.

Put boiled Hara Chana in a blender jar, add garlic, lemon juice, roasted sesame seeds, salt and hara chana stock and blend to a fine paste.

Grind together to a smooth paste.

Transfer the hummus onto a serving plate, spread it evenly making a well in centre and pour olive oil in it.
Garnish with Sprinkled paprika powder serve with Nachoes.
