Pressure cook sprouted moth beans for two whistles.

In a mixer jar add coriander leaves, chopped onion, ginger and garlic.Grind coarsely.

Heat a pan add oil and mustard seeds.Allow to crackle.Add onion paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder,goda masala and salt.Saute till masala separates oil.

Add cooked sprouts and desired water.Bring two boils and turn off the gas.

Decorate with coriander leaves, chopped onion and tomato pieces.
