Here I have swapped maida with jowar flour to bake this gluten-free 🍞bread.
Moreover, no yeast is used and baked it without oven.
Making this bread is definitely easy with the ingredients easily available at home.
Steps

Take all ingredients at room temperature. Take curd in a mixing bowl. Add in milk and mix well. Add in salt and sugar and mix well to dissolve the sugar. Add in oil and mix.

This helps in aeration. Now add in the jowar flour and mix.

Preheat a large vessel with a stand inside, covered, for 10 minutes on slow gas. Grease and line a loaf tin with baking paper. Now add in Eno and drizzle 1tbsp milk on it to activate the Eno.

Mix gently to spread the Eno uniformly in the batter. The texture of the batter will get bubbly. Pour the activated batter into the readied loaf tin.

Tap the tin a bit. Sprinkle oats on top. Place the loaf tin into the preheated vessel carefully.

Cover and bake for 40 minutes on slow gas. Open lid and check with a knife.
A healthy bread is ready.Take out the loaf tin and apply some butter on top. - 7
Cover and cool the Jowar Bread 🍞. Demould the jowar 🍞bread.

Cool completely and slice the bread. You will feel so glad to see the gluten-free jowar bread🍞

Toast the bread and serve.
Note to use this bread fresh because it has no gluten in it.
Next day it may turn a bit crumbly. - 10
