Preheat the oven to 180 C°.

In a bowl mix butter, sugar and egg, whisk until it forms a light yellow paste.

Add dry ingredients (flour, cinnamon, salt, soda and ginger) to the paste.

Form 24-27 dough balls (put enough distance between them because they’re gonna rise.)

Flatten the cookies with a bottom of a glass.
- 6
Bake for about 12 minutes then take out and let them cool for several minutes.
