Steps

Make a paste of garlic,chilli and coriander leaves. Mix all the flour add salt,Turmeric powder, carrom seeds dana jeera powder mix well.

Mix all ingredients and knead the dough.

On the rolling board keep the wet handkerchief take a ball from dough and roll it,or pat it with wet hands and make dhpate, you can also call it thalipeeth..

Keep the pan on the gas and add some oil, or butter roast the thalipeeth from both sides

Serve it with yoghurt, pickle and usal
