Ingredients

  • 125 gGreek yogurt (1 pot)
  • 3eggs
  • 200 gcaster sugar (2 pots)
  • 120 mlvegetable oil (1pots)
  • 180 gplain flour (3 pots)
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1orange, juice and zest

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the yoghurt and eggs together.

    Add the sugar, oil, both zest and juice of the orange and vanilla extract, and mix.

  3. 3

    Add the flour, baking powder and salt, and mix.

    Grease and flour cake tin.

    Cook for 45min at 180oC. Serve with icing sugar.
