1 cup organic almonds
Soak overnight for 8 hrs in water, rinse & drain
Put in blender with 4 medjool dates.
1 vanilla bean or 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
5 cups of water in blender. More or less water depending on personal thickness.
30 to 45 seconds til nuts stop cracking.
Strain in nut milk bag or metal strainer or mesh produce strainer. Good sealed in fridge for about week.
Almond nut paste can be used in cooking or on fruit for breakfast

  • 1 cupalmonds
  • 4medjool dates
  • 1vanilla bean or 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 5 cupswater
