Ingredients

  • 1/4 packMagnolia Cream of Mushroom Soup powder
  • 2-4 tablespoonsMagnolia Allpurpose flour
  • 1 teaspoonGround Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoonSalt and pepper
  • 1whole garlic chopped
  • 4 pcsCalamansi or 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoonsButter or Margarine
  • 2 tablespoonsAngel's cream
  • 1 teaspoonGround Paprika
  • 2stems Green Onions chopped into small pcs

    Mix together cream of mushroom powder, all purpose flour, ground paprika, and salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Crack 1 egg and dip fish into it. Then coat with powdered mixture

  3. 3

    In another bowl, mix garlic, melted butter, angels cream, paprika and calamansi

  4. 4

    Fry fish in oil till gold brown

  5. 5

    Cook batter with a little fish coating (coating that was left)

  6. 6

    Garnish fish with green onions

  7. 7

    Servie and enjoy!
