Steps

Add cubed pork belly and 4 cups of water into saucepan. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes before discarding blanching water. Rinse with cold water.

Add all ingredients into the saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower the temperature to low and simmer for 45 minutes or until fork tender.

Serve with rice and enjoy!
