  1. 1.5 kgGoat Meat
  2. 500 gHard Tomatoes (Green)
  3. Green Scotch Bonnet 200g
  4. Green Chili Pepper 200g
  5. Green Capsicum 1
  6. Palm Oil 500g
  7. Onga Classic Seasoning Powder 1tbs
  8. MaDish Curry and Chicken Seasoning Powder 3/4tsp
  9. Deli Locust Beans Seasoning Powder 1-2tbs
  10. Seeded Iru 2tbs
  11. Onions 2 med
  12. Wrapped Ofada Rice
  13. Boiled Eggs
  14. Crayfish Powder 1cksp
  15. Dodo

Steps

25-30mins
  1. 1

    Wash and sterilize meat,rinse well,s ason with MaDish Curry and Chicken Seasoning Powder,1)4tsp of Onga Classic,lil diced onions,rub in,let it marinade 30 mins

    Meanwhile,wash and sterilize tomato and pepper,rinse drain.Crush Itu,set aside

    Now,add remaining onions,rinse iru,add to tomato & pepper,use a food processor to blend or use a commercial my ll but don't add water,blend it once or roughly blended,wet aside,leave it open

  4. 4

    Next add lil water to neat,steam it on med/high heat,when it boils,taste to adjust with lil salt or any seasoning of choice,cook till tender

  5. 5

    Drain meat,as we don't need stock or meat water

  6. 6

    Heat up oil,when hot,add meat,fry till meat is coated with oil but not dry,drain meat,set aside

  7. 7

    After frying meat,add crushed iru,reduce heat to med,stir fry for 2-3secs,add blended tomato puree,,Deli Locust Beans Seasoning Powder,crayfish Powder,,stir fry on low/med heat for 2mins

  8. 8

    Also,add remaining Onga Classic Seasoning Powder,mix well,taste to adjust with any seasoning of choice,cook sauce max 7mins

  9. 9

    Add meat and boiled egg

  10. 10

    Plate and have fun 💃🏼🤗🥰
