During Navratri festival we observe fast and cook a variety of dishes.Sabudana khichdi is very popular.Thesen tikkis are very tasty and crispy.I made instant green chutney with it .

During Navratri festival we observe fast and cook a variety of dishes.Sabudana khichdi is very popular.Thesen tikkis are very tasty and crispy.I made instant green chutney with it .
Steps

Heat oil in a karahi,add potato pieces and fry.Fry peanuts and keep aside.Strain sabudana.

Heat desi ghee in a pan,add green chilli,salt and black pepper powder.Mix it well.Add sabudana and mix.zAdd fried potato and peanuts.Cover and cook for 6-7 min.Mix lemon juice.Let it cool.

Now mix sabudana khichdi and grated potato.Mix it well.Divide hhe sabudana mixture into 9 parts,make tikki.

Heat oil in a karahi,fry sabudana tikki on medium heat until golden brown on both Sides. Your delicious sabudana tikki is ready to serve.

Blend mint, coriander leaves,green chilli,lemon juice,salt and 2 ice cubes in a mixer jar.

Enjoy these sabudana tikki with mint chutney.
