Ingredients

30 minutes
12-14 thekua
  • 2 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupgrated jaggery
  • 2-3 tablespoongrated dry coconut
  • 1 tablespoonfennel seeds
  • 1/2 teaspooncardamom powder
  • 3 tablespoonghee

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Melt jaggery with adding cup of water.this is organic jaggery so it's colour is dark.

    Now take a flat plate and add wheat flour. in that wheat flour add fennel seeds, grated dry coconut, cardamom powder and ghee.now dry mix and then add jaggery water.prepare little hard dough not like chapati dough.

    Now take small portion and give shape.prepare design with spoon or with mould.

    Now deep fry in oil on medium flame.
