Ingredients

30 minutes
5 people
  1. 2 cupscooked rice
  2. 2 cupscurd
  3. 1grated carrot
  4. 1grated cucumber
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/2 table spoons of mustard and cumin seeds
  7. 1 spoon of Chennai dal
  8. 4green chilli
  9. Handful of curry leaves
  10. Handfulcoriander leaves
  11. 1/4 cup of water
  12. 2table spoons of oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan and keep in on the stove. Once The pan heats add oil, once the oil heats add mustard and cumin seeds, once they start sizzling add green chilli, curry leaves, mix it well.

  2. 2

    Once it cooked add cooked rice. Turn off stove. Mix it well.

  3. 3

    Thrn add curd, add grated carrot and cucumber. Adjust water accordingly. Add salt. Mix ot well.

  4. 4

    Lastly add coriander leaves. Mix it well. Enjoy yummy carrot curd rice
