  • 1pizza dough(refer to our pizza recipe)
  • 2 tbsplabneh
  • SlicesArabic Pastrami
  • slicesBlack olives
  • Fresh mint (for garnish)

Steps

  1. 1

    Step 1: Preheat your Wood Fired Pizza Oven at 800 F.

  2. 2

    Step 2: Roll your pizza dough, and bake in the oven with no toppings.

  3. 3

    Step 3: Let the pie cool off before adding the toppings. Start with labneh spread, followed by Pastrami, black olives slices and handful of fresh mint.
