Ingredients

  • 8-9Potatoes
  • 1 tspCumin seeds roasted, crushed
  • 1 tspCoriander seeds roasted, crushed
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbspChaat masala
  • 1/4 tspBlack salt
  • 1 tspAamchoor
  • 1 tspChilli flakes
  • 1Carrot
  • 1/2 cupSpring onions
  • Coriander leaves a handful
  • 6-8Green chillies
  • 1Capsicum
  • Samosa wraps as required
  • Flour paste as required
  • Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil, peel and mash potatoes.

    Chop all the vegetables.

    Mix together all the ingredients.

    Keep 2 wraps in+ form.

    Put filling in the centre.

    Fold to make a square.

    Seal edges with flour paste.

    Repeat till done.

    Heat oil in a wok.

    Deep fry till light golden.
