Ingredients

  1. 3seeds uda(traditional spice)
  2. 1whole chicken
  3. 10 piecespepper(small size)
  4. 10 piecesscent leaves
  5. 10or more of Utazi leaves
  6. 1 cloveginger and garlic
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 litrewater
  9. I medium sized onious
  10. 1hand full of crayfish
  11. 3 cubesroyco maggi

Steps

  1. 1

    Slaughter chicken, dress and cut into bits.set aside

  2. 2

    Wash and shreds your Utazi leaves. Set aside as well

  3. 3

    Remove the skin of garlic and ginger and grind together with the onious, pepper, and the ehuru seeds

  4. 4

    Wash your chicken and put in a clean pot. Slice your onion, add the grinded spices,Maggi, salt and allow to steam for 15mins

  5. 5

    As the meat tenders, add your water and other spices

  6. 6

    The leaves should be the last....

  7. 7

    Once it tenders....you can enjoy your chicken peppersoup
