Cut the ladyfingers in round shape

Put the bhindi in a bowl, add salt, rice flour,red chilli powder, chaat masala, amchur and cumin powder and mix well and keep for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile heat the oil in the pan and saute the ground nuts and karipatha and keep aside.

Drop the slices into the hot oil and deep fry on medium heat till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Mix the groundnuts and karipatha in that bowl and it is ready to be served.
