  1. 250 gflour
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 tbspsugar
  4. 1 packetdry yeast
  5. 150 mlwarm milk
  6. 1egg
  7. 30 gbutter

    Prepare the dough: Mix the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Add the warm milk and egg, then knead the dough. Incorporate the softened butter and knead until smooth and elastic. Let it rise for about 1 hour.

    Shape the buns: Once risen, divide the dough into equal portions and shape into buns. Let them rise again for 30 minutes.

    Bake: Brush with a bit of milk or egg wash, then bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

    Assemble your burger: Slice the homemade buns. Add a slice of cheese and a cooked beef steak or patty. You can also add your favorite toppings and sauces.
