Soak almonds in hot water for 7 - 8 hours. Soak saffron strain in milk.

Boil full fat milk in a heavy bottom vessel. Add sugar in it.

Meanwhile peel off the skin of almonds and make smooth paste with the help of milk.

When milk reaches to boiling point add almond paste and soaked saffron. Bring a boil and add cardamom powder.

As milk gets thicker turn off the gas and let it cool. As it comes to room temperature transfer to the fridge and serve chilled. At the time of serving sprinkle sieves of almond.
