as neededChopped green onions,
1chicken breast
as neededSoy sauce with miso,
Noodles
as neededSesame oil,
as neededBlack vinegar,

Steps

Chop the green onions and set aside.

Slice the chicken breast and marinate with soy sauce with miso.

Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Bring water to a boil, add the chicken breast slices, turn off the heat, and let them cook through, flipping as needed (boiling the chicken can make it tough!).

Plate the noodles and chicken, sprinkle with green onions, and drizzle with sesame oil or black vinegar to finish!
