Grilled Paneer Summer Salad

Firstly cut the paneer, roughly julienned carrot, tomato, cabbage, onion and slice cucumber. Then marinate paneer slices. Add salt and black pepper powder. Heat a pan add butter and stir fry paneer slices.

Take a bowl add curd, salt, black pepper powder and chat masala, whisk it well.

Then take a medium to big mixing bowl add all vegetables and curd, mix it well. Add grilled paneer slices. Sprinkle chat masala and pomegranate seeds.
