Crush cumin, coriander seeds,garlic,ginger, black pepper and green chilli in a mortar.

Add 3 cups of water,kokum juice,crushed masala and salt.Cook it for 7-8 min and then switch off the gas stove.

Heat oil in a tadka pan,add Mustard seeds, whole red chilli and curry leaves.Pour this tadka on rasam and cover.

Your delicious rasam is ready to serve.Garnish it with coriander leaves.
