Ingredients

10 minutes
125 gr.Ivy gourd
  1. 1/2 cupgreen moong dal
  2. 1/4 cupchopped coriander
  3. 1 tablespoonchopped green chillies
  4. 1/4 tbsp mustard seeds
  5. 1/4 tbspcumin seeds
  6. 1/4 teaspoonhing powder
  7. 1/4 tbsp salt
  8. 1 tablespooncrushed peanuts
  9. 1 tablespoondesiccated coconut
  10. 1 tablespoonoil
  11. 1/4 tbspturmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a Kadhai,add oil,when it will hot,add mustard seeds,it crackles,add cumin seeds,add hing powder.

    Add green chilli,stir it,then add chopped Ivy gourd and stir it on low heat,soute chopped Ivy gourd,then add soaked moong dal and mix it well.

    Add turmeric powder,salt,cumin powder,coriander powder,crushed peanuts and mix it well,and cover it for steam for 2 minutes on low heat.ready your Ivy gourd sabji is ready. Garnish with coriander and discarded coconut,and serve it with roti.
