Assemble ingredients for Pizza Base

Cut bread into small small pieces, Break eggs, add milk + salt + red chilli powder and whisk well.

Add bread pieces, mix gently and keep rest for 6-7 minutes. Pizza batter is ready.

Place pan on low flame, add butter and spread all over, pour the pizza batter and spread evenly all over pan, cover and cook under low flame for 6 - 7 minutes, base turns crisp.

Switch off flame and flip the other side of pizza, flip with the help of plate. Grease with butter and place the uncooked side in pan. Spread pizza sauce, place cheese and sprinkle salt + oregano. Add onion + capsicum + tomato, add cheese, sprinkle chilli flakes + oregano + mixed herbs.

Now switch on flame and cook by covering for 6 - 7 minutes. Pizza is ready.

Cut into pieces and serve.
