In a pan melt some butter, and add your onions in it

Add plain flour to thicken then add some milk

Add in your seasonings and lots of cheese

Once it’s made a soft thick texture it’s ready. Cut your rolls in squares add your mixture and press down with your hands and fork

Give it an egg wash and add in preheated oven fan mode
